Rentals are only per week in High Season, from Saturday to Saturday

Maximum 12 overnight people

Pets will be considered. However you will need to make sure the pet is kept outside, and is in your supervision around other pets in the area at all times. You are responsible for all clean up after your pet.

Linens: All beds are provided with linens (sheets and duvets). Blankets are available.

Towels: Please bring your own swim towels. Bath towels are provided. There are hand towels in the bathrooms.

Deposit: For weekly rentals 25% is due immediately to secure the booking. For 3 night rentals, a 1 night deposit is required.

Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Payment is by cheque, money order, direct deposit or e-mail money. Personal cheques are only accepted if received more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage deposit. A credit card number is required on file. Should there be damage to the cottage during the period of your stay, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation: If there is a cancellation, money will be refunded provided the dates are rebooked. An administration fee of $50 will be charged for cancellation

Delayed arrivals or sub optimal weather conditions are not the owner’s responsibility.

Terms of Eviction: smoking inside, excessive noise, threat to common or private property, excess of maximum number of overnight occupants.

Cleaning: The cottage will be clean and tidy on arrival. Please leave it reasonably neat and clean.

Garbage: Should garbage need to be disposed of during your stay, it can be dropped off at the Anglemont Marina (1 km away) for a charge of $2 per bag.
